This suit aims to overturn ATF’s gross encroachment into Article 1 functions in order to violate Americans’ Constitutional Rights. However, this suit was brought before the United States Supreme Court had issued its rulings in both New York Pistol & Rifle Assoc. v. Bruen and West Virginia v. EPA.
