7. How to Boot the Samsung Galaxy S21 series out of Download Mode. [04:41]
Android has a special boot mode that is typically referred to as Bootloader Mode or even Fastboot Mode. This is how you get a deeper level of access to the partitions available on your internal storage.
Samsung, however, has what is known as the Galaxy S21 Download Mode and it’s virtually the same thing. Although, some others will also refer to this as Odin Mode since many of us use a PC program called Odin to interface with the smartphone.

So, to begin with, we first need to get the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, or Galaxy S21 Ultra in to a powered-down state. This is generally done by pressing and holding the Power button (aka Side Key) for a few seconds to bring up the Power Menu.
Once the display goes black and the phone vibrates, I recommend waiting a few seconds to make sure it is completely turned off.
Then, go grab the USB cable and make sure it’s plugged into the PC.
Press and hold both the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons. While these two buttons are pressed down, go ahead and insert the USB cable into the USB port.
Continue holding these buttons down for a few more seconds and you’ll see the display light up and show you a bright blue/green splash screen for the Galaxy S21 Ultra Download Mode.
We need to press the Volume Up button here to continue through to Download Mode and then you’re done.
