I have the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 here and today I’ll be showing you the button combination that will allow you to boot this smartphone, and the entire Redmi Note 11 series in and out of Recovery Mode.
Recovery Mode on Android is a special boot mode that can only be accessed in a limited number of ways. Most of us do this with a button combination at boot but we can also access Recovery Mode using an ADB command as well.

In order to begin this the process of booting the Redmi Note 11 into Recovery Mode, we first need to Power Off the smartphone. We can do this a number of different ways but shutting down the device via the Power Menu is the most common way.
After the screen goes black, you’ll want to wait a few seconds so the hardware can completely shut down.
Then, when you’re ready, press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons at the same time. And we’re going to continue holding these two buttons down until the phone vibrates and we see this image appear on the screen. From here, we can let go of the Power button and simply continue holding down the Volume Up button.
After a few seconds, you should see the screen switch over like this and take you to the Xiaomi Mi Recovery menu.
This menu gives us a small number of options to choose from but once you are here you have finally accessed the Recovery Mode on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11.
Contrary to what it sounds like, Recovery Mode isn’t actually a way to recover your personal data. On Android, Recovery Mode is generally used for performing a factory data reset to recover the Android OS from a failed state.
