With LineageOS 19 being in the news a lot lately, I understand there are going to be many people switching over to a custom ROM they may have never tried before. So I wanted to create some content to help introduce people to some of the core features of the ROM.
I know not everyone is going to have a device that’s supported by the latest version of Lineage OS, but I suspect many people will begin testing the ROM due to the news of the latest release. But in today’s video I want to show you all a feature that is only availble on version 17 and version 18 of the ROM.
This feature seems to have changed with the latest release, but if you’re on an older version of LineageOS then I can show you how to change the accent color to something that fits your style more.
To start, we’ll want to open up the Settings application
Then Display
then advanced
then styles & wallpapers
Now, we can’t change the default options here, so instead we need to create a brand new style.
If anyone is curious enough to try out the ROM, be sure to check out the LineageOS Downloads page to see if you have a device that is supported. If you do have a supported smartphone or tablet and would like to try out the custom ROM then be sure to look in the video description below as I have videos to help walk you through the installation process.
