Xiaomi.eu has its own modified version of MIUI for the POCO M3 smartphone and this video shows you how to install it on the POCO M3.

I’m not a fan of MIUI but I can respect the large number of features that it comes with. Similar to how Samsung handles OneUI, I enjoy the features but dislike the tracking, advertising, and bloatware the OEM has installed.
This is where Xiaomi.EU comes into play.
With this, a group of people are taking the MIUI firmware that Xiaomi offers and slims it down by removing all of the bloatware, disabling the ad services, and optimizing the firmware as much as possible.
The only downside here is that we need to unlock the bootloader and have a custom recovery installed before you can begin.
Thankfully, I have covered how to do both of those already in previous tutorials (check links below). But once you’re caught up and have that done, you can then follow this video and sideload the modified MIUI firmware.

Full Tutorial

1. Intro [00:00]
2. Unlock the bootloader
3. Install a custom recovery [01:40]
4. Download the ZIP file of the ROM you want to install [02:05]
5. Boot the POCO M3 into Recovery Mode [03:45]
6. Format the /data partition [04:28]
7. Sideload the ROM file [04:58]
8. Wait for the Xiaomi.EU ROM to be installed [06:50]
9. Reboot back into Android [08:18]
10. Activate Android as normal [09:38]
11. And check to make sure it installed properly [12:28]
12. Optionally, you can reboot back into Recovery Mode to flash Magisk now
